Step 1 — Find product

Shortlist a row from our spreadsheet, a category lane, or a shared Google Sheet. Open the live listing and confirm variant details (color, size, MOQ on 1688) before you copy the URL.

Step 2 — Submit order

Paste the marketplace link into Kakobuy’s search bar or use “Looking for Goods” for Weidian and Yupoo sellers. Pay item price plus domestic China freight. Kakobuy advertises 0% service fee on purchases.

Order review: usually 3–5 working hours after payment.
Domestic seller-to-warehouse transit: typically 3–5 days.
Message the purchaser via Member Center → My Orders → Message for sizing notes.

Step 3 — Warehouse QC

After inbound check-in, Kakobuy inspects the parcel and uploads photos of your unit. Review style, color, size label, and visible defects. Reject or ticket while the item is still in China — not after international dispatch.

Step 4 — Choose shipping

From User Center → My Warehouse, select stored goods and submit an international parcel. Compare logistics lines, pay freight and any customs-related fees, and optionally add remove packing, reinforcement, or insurance.

Step 5 — Receive package

Track under My Account → Package. After delivery, confirm receipt in User Center. Kakobuy awards shipping points after signing (1 yuan = 1 point toward gift redemption per their buying guide).
